Shipping is free for orders over €50 in Spain, €60 in Portugal, and €100 in the rest of Europe. Shipping costs for smaller orders are €5.90 in Spain, €6.90 in Portugal, and €7.90 in the rest of Europe. Some large furniture items have a special price to ensure perfect shipping conditions, and the price is indicated on the product sheet.

You will receive your order within 24 to 72 hours (business days). If it's a large piece of furniture, there's been a change to the order, or there are special circumstances such as strikes, etc., it may take longer.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with information. The shipping company will then contact you to provide a tracking number for your order.

We'll send it to your home or to the address you specify. We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, and Germany. Exceptions: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, Azores, Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica.

Of course: you have one month to return your Andrea House items from the date of purchase. Just send an email to hola@andre-house.com with the order number and the reason for the return, and we'll let you know how to return them. If the return is due to reasons beyond Andrea House's control (a customer error in choosing the item or a change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

As long as your order hasn't left Andrea House's warehouse, you still have time to cancel or modify it. You'll know this because you'll receive an email informing you when your order has shipped. As long as you haven't received it, you're still in the right place.

Of course. Whenever you return the item, the amount will be credited to the same card you used to pay.

At Andrea House, we package our items securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you find any item broken or in poor condition, we will send you a replacement completely free of charge. Here's what you need to do:

- We will respond within 24-48 hours (business days).
- If your return has been approved, we will exchange or refund the item at no cost to you.

Orders you've placed without registering or logging into your account will not be visible. To view all the orders you've placed with your username, simply log in to your customer area and access the "Order History and Details" menu.
